Ordering

Ordering is easy with Our Wedding Essentials. Just find the product/s that you want to order and then either:

Terms and Conditions

(1) 50% Payment of the order total (including postage and packaging) is required once the order has been confirmed by email from Our Wedding Essentials. Deposit is non refundable.

(2) In case of any cancellation Our Wedding Essentials have the right to retain the initial deposit, if however the order has been completed the remaining 50% will also be payable.

(3) The remaining 50% of order balance is payable before the order is dispatched.

(4) All goods remain the property of Our Wedding Essentials until payment is made in full.

(5) Once final payment have been received please allow 21-28 days for delivery.

(6) All content provided by the customer for orders will need to be proof read and signed off by the customer before printing commences.

(7) Once content has been signed off Our Wedding Essentials cannot be held responsible for any errors. Our Wedding Essentials reserve the right to ask for additional payments to cover such errors.

(8) We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass you name and address to ANY third parties.

(9) Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

(10) Whilst every effort to ensure our photographs offer a fair colour description, the colours are indicative only. This is particularly the case with invitations and placecards which are handmade.

(11) We Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

(12) These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

(13) Placing an order indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted.

Delivery and Postage

(1) Postage is a Flat Fee of £8.00 to anywhere in the UK. I do offer international delivery to many countries please contact me for prices and coverage. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PAYPAL ONLY.

(2) Postage is by Royal Mail Delivery or Parcel Force.

(3) For items over £30, sufficient postal insurance is added.Compensation covers items lost or damaged in the post.

(4) All items are non-returnable / non-refundable.

(5) Once items have been dispatched the seller accepts no responsibility for any Damage caused during transit, however all parcels are sent via Royal Mail and receipts are kept until delivery is confirmed.

(6) Upon dispatch of products an email will be sent to the customer confirming the date.
